[ubuntu] Firefox menu disappears when using most Themes

Hi,

I've installed some custom theme for Firefox (e.g.: Qute, Azerty, Kempleton, ...). All of them look fine except when I select a menu (like 'File' or 'Bookmarks'): the text will totally disappear.
I thought it could be some font missing but I doubt it (normally the font does not change when you select a menu: if anything, it becomes boldface or something).
I have tried different options in System -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Fonts but nothing solved the problem.
I don't know how to debug it either ...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
